Potential suppliers wishing to supply us with goods or services should email our Purchase Manager for consideration.

Postage is our preferred method of contact by suppliers as it allows us to make judgements when we are not busy.

Following bad experiences, we do not respond to potential suppliers via the telephone. No commitment to supply will be given verbally at any time.

Written purchase orders will be given for the supply of goods and no invoice will be paid without quoting the purchase order number.

Organisations claiming to be charities which then turn out to be advertising companies need not contact us at all.
