These programs are all networkable. We assume that if you use them on a network then you have installed this already, as setting up networks is not part of the programs or support.

Always DOWNLOAD the program then RUN from the saved location. Do not use the RUN option directly from the web site. This stops partial downloads.
Please note that if when you install the download it appears to run quickly and then flicks off the screen then it has not installed. This is due to you not getting a full download and is not a problem with the program. It is Internet Explorer trying to be helpful by giving you a cached copy. You should go into Internet Explorer and click on TOOLS. Go to INTERNET OPTIONS. Delete the Browsing History and then click on SETTINGS. Alter the Check for newer versions of the pages to EVERY VISIT OF THE PAGE. Try the download again.
During installation if you see the words DECOMPRESSION ERROR the you do not have a full download. Try again.
If you install a program and are running in a Multi-User mode then you MUST update all the computers that you use.
You must keep the TPN Depot and Invoicing programs in sync and if you update one then you MUST update the other.
If installing on Windows 7 or Vista you may need to install programs in directories outside ‘Program Files’ owing to the security restrictions of UAC, so as an example installing TPN Lite in C:\TPNLITE instead of C:\Program Files\TPNLITE
