Installing the Seagull printer drivers with Zebra/Eltron printers

Please note that you should really follow the Seagull instructions and seek advice from Seagull and Zebra if you have problems. We do not write the drivers or make the printers.

Go to www.seagullscientific.com on the internet.

Click on the button on the top left that says ENTER.

Click on the option on the left that says Printer Drivers and choose Download a driver.

Go down the list of drivers and choose the one that you want e.g. Zebra or Eltron.

Left-click on the one you want and choose Run from the screen that comes up.

This will install the drivers by default into C:\SEAGULL

Now go into Printers and Faxes and ADD A PRINTER.

Click on NEXT

Choose NEXT

Choose HAVE DISK

Browse for C:\SEAGULL

If using a ZEBRA then click on Zebra.inf and if using an Eltron choose Eltron.inf

Now click OK.

Choose YOUR make and MODEL then NEXT.

Now choose NEXT. Keep choosing NEXT until you get to the below screen.

Try printing a test page.

This should print the word TEST in a box.

If it prints a normal Windows type test page then the printer is picking up the old Zebra drivers instead.
