General advice with the depot system
Please check the following in your program :-
Setup/Parameters - put your depot code in as a 3 digit number. 11 should be entered as 011. The FTP settings are important and confidential.
Setup/Routes - you need at least one route 01 (at minimum).
Setup/Trunks - you need at least one trunk vehicle 01 (at minimum).
You will need to set up custom label sizes for the printers. See HERE for instructions.
If your computer won't do the FTP download then check these:-
Run Internet Explorer. Does it ask for a password? It shouldn't. If it does, enter the password and click on 'remember'. Try running the FTP download with Internet Explorer minimized on the task bar.
If you have a problem with the FTP site 'timing out' then try the following -
If you still have problems with the FTP transfers then click [HERE]
Problems with printing
Reinstalling the depot system on a new computer
If you are moving the TPN depot program completely from one computer to another then be aware that the correct method of doing this is to perform a backup first, then install the COMPLETE and full version of the program from the installation CD and THEN restore the backup you created.
Failure to do so will give the characteristic symptoms of no barcode on the label or no Twain device appearing in Parameters.
The version numbers of both should be identical and never install an earlier version of the program with data from a later version.

If you get a GPF message when loading the depot program then look in your PRINTERS folder. Are there any printers? Is one set as a default? Does this printer print a test page?
