Parcel/Pallet Depot Programs

ParcelTrak Classic - (Version 2.34) Parcel/pallet depot software that works under most operating systems (95/98/ME/NT/2000/XP/2003) and networks (including mixes of these operating systems). This program is multi-system, multi-company and is either single or multi-user (up to 99). Euro fully supported. It is possible to work in two currencies at the same time with both being printed on invoices! Retains exchange rate at time of invoicing to allow old invoices to be correctly reprinted. Congestion charging has just been added. The gazetteer in ParcelTrak uses both postcodes and towns for lookup purposes and is therefore suitable for using in countries where there are no postcodes e.g. Eire. The supplied UK gazetteer has 43,000 entries.

Note: ParcelTrak Classic is not a full Windows application as it is compatible with a number of other non-Windows operating systems. ParcelTrak will happily work on a Linux server running Samba networking and being accessed by Windows-based workstations.

You can run ParcelTrak Classic Professional as a full Windows application but the cost of this at the moment is quite high, adding £2,000 to the basic cost of ParcelTrak and £200 per user.

ParcelTrak Classic requires the use of a standard printer for reports. It will not print to 'Windows only raster GDI printers' directly - Linux will not print to these either (so if you see a Linux sticker on the printer box then the printer will probably be OK.) Price £900.00 single-user (2000 Euro) and £2500.00 multi-user (5000 Euro) - includes 1st year of support, updates and installation. Support after the first year is £250.00 for single-user (500 Euro) or £350.00 for multi-user (600 Euro).

ParcelTrak Customer Implant - Multi-user Windows based customer implant system that links to ParcelTrak. We provide this FREE to depots purchasing ParcelTrak for distribution to their customers. Depots renting ParcelTrak may use it during their rental period.

Supplied with a manual and installation instructions. The program relies on postcodes and therefore is not suitable for use in Eire. Please note that all support for this product is by e-mail only and it is given to the depot and NOT the end-user.

FOC to registered ParcelTrak sites or £900.00 plus VAT per site to others.

The Pallet Network - Customer Implant System

Allows end-users to enter consignments directly. Built-in FTP transfers with POD details and images returning to the implant.

Price £100.00 plus VAT.

ANC Customer Implant 2.01 to ParcelTrak Implant conversion program. Converts the ANC implant output file to the standard ParcelTrak implant format.

Price £150 plus VAT.

Business Post Implant to ParcelTrak Implant conversion program.

Converts the output file from the Business Post implant system to standard ParcelTrak implant format which can then be imported. This program is in daily use.

Price £150 plus VAT.

Interlink export

Export data to import into the Interlink customer system without rekeying. Interlink verified. This program is in daily use.

Palletways export

Export data from ParcelTrak to be imported into the Palletways system without rekeying. Palletways verified. Now with additional FTP module to send data directly to the Palletways FTP site.

Export day-end data from ParcelTrak to UK Pallets without rekeying.

ParcelTrak route export to Palm

Export drivers route sheets from ParcelTrak to the Task Manager and Memo within a Palm handheld. Software supplied to export data from ParcelTrak and to sync with Palm devices.

The Pallet Network - Invoicing package

Adds invoicing capability to the standard depot system. Shares the TPN data files to avoid duplications. You can also invoice non-TPN jobs.
