Parcel/Pallet Depot Programs & Implants

ParcelTrak Classic - (Version 2.35) Parcel/pallet depot software that works under most operating systems (95/98/ME/NT/2000/XP/Vista/7/2003) and networks (including mixes of these operating systems). This program is multi-system, multi-company and is either single or multi-user (up to 99). Euro fully supported. It is possible to work in two currencies at the same time with both being printed on invoices! Retains exchange rate at time of invoicing to allow old invoices to be correctly reprinted. Congestion charging has just been added. The gazetteer in ParcelTrak uses both postcodes and towns for lookup purposes and is therefore suitable for using in countries where there are no postcodes e.g. Eire. The supplied UK gazetteer has 43,000 entries.

Note: ParcelTrak Classic is not a full Windows application as it is compatible with a number of other non-Windows operating systems. ParcelTrak will happily work on a Linux server running Samba networking and being accessed by Windows-based workstations.

ParcelTrak Classic requires the use of a standard printer for reports. It will not print to 'Windows only raster GDI printers' directly - Linux will not print to these either (so if you see a Linux sticker on the printer box then the printer will probably be OK.) For information on printers as we test them and a method of easily printing to any printer (including USB) then click [HERE]. You can use third-party products to get around this like DOSPRN or you can use our SPOOLV program which can print the saved print files.

Price £900.00 single-user (1100 Euro) and £2500.00 multi-user (3000 Euro) - includes 1st year of support, updates and installation. Support after the first year is £250.00 for single-user (300 Euro) or £350.00 for multi-user (400 Euro).

Generic Customer Implant for parcel deliveries

Multi-user Windows based customer implant system that links to ParcelTrak and other products. Supplied with a manual and installation instructions.

Internet-based on-line data capture system for sameday, parcel and pallet companies. Allows your customers to input information which can then be downloaded and manipulated by yourself.

The Pallet Network - Invoicing package

Target POD viewer and downloader

Retrieve individual images from the Target SOAP server using .NET framework and also retrieves a whole series in bulk from a list in an external Excel XLS or CSV file. This program is compatible with our Podscan software.

Saves original GIF image to a specified directory or converts and saves as TIF images.

You will need a Target supplied username, password and keycode to use the program. [Download]

Export day-end data from ParcelTrak to the Target system without rekeying. This program is in daily use. POA.

UPS - Customer Implant System

Windows XP, Vista and Windows 7 compatible (32 bit). Aimed at use within UK only.

Multi-user Windows program which includes backup/restore, email, internet browser, calculator, document scanner, notepad, internet postcode checker, internet mapping, internet routefinder. All viewed tables have export to Excel facility and built-in charting as standard. ODBC built-in so that you can generate your own reports from any suitable reporting tool. Links to Postcode Anywhere for full PAF integration. Internet POD facility including image display.

UPS - Uploader

Converts CSV data in prescribed format to certified UPS format.

Multilabel

Allows the creation of labels for different parcel systems including Business Post, Tuffnells and UPS. Works by reading simple transaction CSV files placed in a designated directory. Aimed at use within UK only.
